  1. 1/2 Cup - Plain Greek Yogurt (I use 0% Plain Liberte Greek Yogurt)
  2. 1/4 Cup - Water
  3. 1 Tbsp - Chia Seeds
  4. 1 Tbsp - Unsweetened Coconut Flakes**
  5. 1/2 Tbsp - Honey**
  6. 1 Tsp - Cinnamon
  7. 1 Tsp - Pure Vanilla Extract
  1. Fruit
  2. Granola
  3. Cacao Nibs

  1. Grab two bowls
  2. Mix the chia seeds in with the water in one bowl. Let them sit until the mixture gets thick and forms a paste
  3. In the other bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together
  4. Combine the chia seeds to the yogurt mixture
  5. Fin!
  1. - Taste test - I always add some extra cinnamon because, well, I love the taste of anything autumn-like
  2. - You can use sweetened coconut if you want to add extra sweetness
  3. - I change what sweetener I use all the time in this recipe - maple syrup, honey and coconut nectar all work with this recipe - go with whatever you decide (or whatever is in your pantry)
