Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup - Plain Greek Yogurt (I use 0% Plain Liberte Greek Yogurt)
- 1/4 Cup - Water
- 1 Tbsp - Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp - Unsweetened Coconut Flakes**
- 1/2 Tbsp - Honey**
- 1 Tsp - Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp - Pure Vanilla Extract
Toppings
- Fruit
- Granola
- Cacao Nibs

Instructions
- Grab two bowls
- Mix the chia seeds in with the water in one bowl. Let them sit until the mixture gets thick and forms a paste
- In the other bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together
- Combine the chia seeds to the yogurt mixture
- Fin!
Notes
- - Taste test - I always add some extra cinnamon because, well, I love the taste of anything autumn-like
- - You can use sweetened coconut if you want to add extra sweetness
- - I change what sweetener I use all the time in this recipe - maple syrup, honey and coconut nectar all work with this recipe - go with whatever you decide (or whatever is in your pantry)
